Mini-band squat: Squatting deeper while maintaining proper form can be a bit tricky, but not if you’ve got the right equipment. By adding a mini-band to your squats, you’ll activate your glutes more and push your knees out, rather than in. If you want an extra challenge, move the band above your knees.
